Sports Activity

The School offers an ultra modern Sports Complex for its students.

 

 

The facilities include a lush green Cricket Ground with two turf wickets of International Standard. Two International Level Cricket Practice Wickets having lush green surroundings under floodlights.

 

 

An  International Standard Basket Ball court having hydraulic  rings with Fiber Board.  The only court of its kind in Delhi, the entire Court, Polls and Board are approved by the Basket Ball Federation of India.

Lawn Tennis courts of International Standard add to the grandeur of the complex.

 

A Badminton Court par excellence.

 St. George's School today is the only school in Delhi  having the entire sports complex illuminated with floodlights.

All the major games, including Cricket, Hockey, Football, Basketball , Badminton and Kho-Kho are played by the students. Indoor games such as Table Tennis, Chess and Draughts , Carom Board are available for rainy days.

Yoga is also taught to the students with an aim to develop a higher level of concentration and flexibility.

Hikes, Camps, field trips and study tours are organised regularly to enable the children to explore and to learn by experience.
