NOTE: SCHOOL WILL NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORT FACILITY TO PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN.

It is very important that the application form be filled up NEATLY and legibly in ENGLISH in BLOCK letters. Please do not fold the form. 2. Please do not write any prefix like Mr/Miss/Kumar/Kumari etc, before the name. Write the correct official name only (no pet name please). Please do not change names later on. 3. Photocopy of the following documents are to be submitted along with the Form. No original documents to be given. a) Birth Certificate of the applicant child from Municipal Corporation/Local authority should be attached to the application form. (No other birth certificate and affidavit will be acceptable). b) Proof of residence (Passport/Driving Licence/Election Card/Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill) – any one. c) Detailed medical reports of special need children. d) Proof of sibling in St George’s school – (I card or diary front page). e) Religious minority (Christian) Membership Letter from the concerned church. f) Proof of alumni of St George’s school (XII passing out certificate). g) Proof of single parent (Divorce papers/Death certificate/Adoption paper). 4. School will not provide transport facility to Pre-school children.
5. Documents once submitted in the school will not be returned.
6. Any action to influence the admission procedure will go against the candidate concerned.
7. Last date of submission of completely filled up form is 16-01-2012 by 1 pm ONLY.
8. The list of successful applicants will be displayed on the school notice board as well as web site (www.sgs.edu.in) at 3 pm.as per details given below.
Note: Changes if any will be applicable as per the specifications by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT, Delhi. The school will not be responsible in such a situation.

SEPARATE FORMS AVAILABLE FOR ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION & DISADVANTAGED GROUP NOTE:THE DRAW OF LOTS FOR THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES OF THE E.W.S CATEGORY WILL BE HELD ON 21-01-2012 AT 10 AM IN THE SCHOOL.

Those interested may send in their detailed applications addressed to THE PRINCIPAL, ST. GEORGE’S SCHOOL It may be noted that the applications will be accepted only from the children from economically weaker sections i.e. from the children who meet the criteria mentioned below and must be accompanied by relevant documents: 1) Children whose present annual total parental ( both parents) income is Rs. 1,00,000/- (The parents of the student admitted against free seat shall submit a self declaration of annual income every year for continuation of free seat in the school). 2) The parents of the child must have been staying in Delhi for last 3 years. Adequate proof like ration card or electoral identity card or driving license and birth certificate of the student must be produced. 3) Income certificate in respect of parents must be issued by the SDM of the area or any other Revenue Officer not below the rank of the Tehsildar or Food and Supplies Officer, Department of NCT of Delhi. 4) BPL Card is also required.
